When Oakland Raiders quarterback Derek Carr tossed a 41-yard touchdown pass to Seth Roberts in overtime of Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, he surpassed both 500 yards passing and reached four touchdowns in the game, joining a rare group. Carr became just the third quarterback ever to reach 500 yards passing and throw for four touchdowns in a game without being intercepted, per ESPN Stats & Info. Oakland Raiders pass-rusher Aldon Smith has reportedly filed for reinstatement to the NFL, with his yearlong suspension for violating the NFL's substance-abuse policy set to end Nov. 17.  Raiders general manager Reggie McKenzie confirmed the news to Vic Tafur of the San Francisco Chronicle Wednesday night and said acceptance or refusal of Smith's reinstatement is up to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.
