Stacy McGee is the most controversial of the Oakland Raiders' 10 picks by far.A talented player out of high school, he wasn't able to put it all together in college.  He dealt with multiple suspensions and failed to make much of an impact when he was on the field.His suspensions were for a variety of poor decisions, including being busted with possession of marijuana, driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license.Begin Slideshow
